BABY CHANGING FACILITIES
Available at West Gate Toilets and the Accessible Toilets in Severn Hall.
There will be an NCT baby changing and feeding area for members and non members (see map).
ACCESSIBLE TOILETS
There will be a Mobiloo available every day at Malvern Autumn Show. A Mobiloo is a mobile accessible toilet including a toilet with grab rail, electric hoist and full size changing table. This will be located inside West Gate each day. Click here for more information.
There are also permanent accessible toilets throughout the Showground, please see show map for specific locations. Baby changing facilities are available at West Gate Toilets and the Accessible Toilets in Severn Hall.
GETTING AROUND
Mobility scooters are allowed on site provided that they’re driven safely, at low speeds, and the Three Counties’ safety rules are followed.
If your scooter has low ground clearance, a narrow wheel base, or is three-wheeled, we strongly advise you not to use it on the site. The ground conditions are unsuitable for these scooters. Trailers attached to mobility scooters are not permitted.
Electric scooters and manual wheelchairs are also available for the disabled, elderly, and mobility impaired visitors, courtesy of the Event Mobility Charitable Trust. To book an electric scooter or manual wheelchair please click here or call 01386 725391. We strongly advise booking this service in advance to avoid disappointment as there will only be a very limited number available to hire on the day.
PICNICS
There are wheelchair accessible picnic benches available to use at the showground.
TICKETING POLICY
While we do not offer free tickets or concessions for people with access needs, where a carer is required, one carer may be admitted free of charge per ticket-holder with access needs when they pay the normal admission fee. Please call our Accessible Booking Line on 0800 640 5001 to arrange this. Please be aware you may be asked to provide supporting documentation.
For events which we do sell on the day, carers do not need to purchase a ticket in advance, but documentation must be provided at the gate to prove that the ticket holder requires a carer during their visit. Supporting documentation can vary, and may include proof of disability living allowance or documentation from a doctor, anything that provides proof that the ticket-holder requires a carer during their visit to the Showground. If you are unsure and would like to check in advance that the documentation you have is adequate, please call 01684 584900 and we will happily advise.
