BABY CHANGING FACILITIES

Available at West Gate Toilets and the Accessible Toilets in Severn Hall.

There will be an NCT baby changing and feeding area for members and non members (See map).

ACCESSIBLE FACILITIES

There will be a Mobiloo available every day at Malvern Autumn Show. A Mobiloo is a mobile accessible toilet including a toilet with grab rail, electric hoist and full size changing table. This will be located inside West Gate each day. Click here for more information.

There are also permanent accessible toilets throughout the Showground, please see show map for specific locations.

Mobility scooters are permitted on site and can be hired from Event Mobility.

ELECTRIC/HYBRID CAR CHARGING POINTS

There will be six 7.2kw Type 2 charging points located inside the Gold Parking gate for the duration of Malvern Autumn Show. These will be free to use, are available to use on a first come first served basis and you won’t need to purchase Gold Parking to charge your car.

CASH POINT

There are cash points on site (please see map for location and there is a charge for transactions).

CATERING

Food and drink will be available to purchase on site but visitors are also welcome to bring a picnic. There will be picnic benches, including four wheelchair accessible picnic benches, available to use across the show. Please note: there will be no Black Pear Bistro this year.

SHOW SHOP & NEWSAGENTS

There will be a shop and newsagents on site selling cold drinks, sandwiches, snacks, confectionery, papers, groceries, camping supplies and much more (see map for location).

EMERGENCY

In the case of an emergency at the show please contact the nearest steward who will be able to assist you.

FIRST AID

Please see show map for location of  the on-site first aid providers. Please find the nearest steward to help you in the event assistance is required.

INFORMATION

If you are looking for information or help at the show, stewards will be on hand to assist you or make you way to the Show Information Office (see map for location).

SHOWGROUND SHOP & NEWSAGENTS

There will be a shop and newsagents on site selling cold drinks, sandwiches, snacks, confectionery, papers, groceries, camping supplies and much more (see map for location).

TOILETS

Please see show map for locations. There will be a Mobiloo each day (at Brown Gate) as well as accessible toilets across the showground.

WATER/BOTTLE REFILL

There are drinking water refilling stations across the showground (please see map for locations). Don’t forget your reusable water bottle!

LOST PROPERTY OR LOST CHILDREN

If you misplace items at the show, or become separated from your child or children, please report this to one of our stewards who will be able to assist you.

PLANT CRECHE & PORTER SERVICE

Our dedicated plant creche team will look after your plant purchases for the day. Once you’re ready to take everything back to the car don’t forget to make use of our Porter Service who can be contacted via the Plant Creche. See map for locations.
